What happens to your heroes after a saving the world?
I should say I know they stay with you game-wise, this question is more lore based.
A while back I'm relatively sure there was a wiki page on what happens to you heroes after saving the world, such as Koss and Dunk go back to Sunspears, Livia goes and gets the Sceptor of Orr, etcetera. Anyone have the link or something similar? |

Master of Whispers tells you now and then as a random quote that now when he has done his duty he wants a small cottage somewhere on the beach of Istan. You could look up their quotes, I guess more of them will give hints.

Some of this is being answered in bridge content. I am sure Koss will be in the elona branch if it is ever made.

All the heroes and hench retire to a hidden hideaway ( possibly near the hidden city place ) and slowly waste the billions of cash they got from being our heros and selling all their drops they had as well ( wonder if the merchant princes were heros once lol ) - maybe checking their swiss bank accounts.
I think the only hint we`ve actually seen is livia and the scepter at the end of eotn ending scenes. Tbh i doubt anet planned anything lore wise - with the gap in gw & gw2 all heroes will be dead and probably just a legend. In reality terms - soldiers after a war/tour of duty has finished usually go elsewhere and im sure within the whole of tyria they`ll be findding bosses to kill , new threats , uprisings , demons ... well you know. And i hope theres no descendents of the heros in gw2 - koss is bad enough ( probably one of the most hated lol ) and imagine what a descendent of his would be like - no wait i dont want to imagine it .. too scarey :P |

I'm not too sure all heroes can die.
I'm referring to the two specialized heroes, Razzah and Mox, who aren't you're typical degradable lifeforms. Sure Mox will be an old outdated piece of rust in Gw2, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to meet him again, even if it would be an Asuran Golem Museum. As to the mystery of Razzah, He's already thousands of years old when we rescue him from the clutches of evil. I'm sure 250 years is just another winters day for him. And I'm sure he'll be waiting for us somewhere in Tyria, just hoping to go on adventure and learn some more stuff. As for the rest of the merry band, some will die fighting heroic battles, others will blow themselves up with weird experiments, while a very few might get lucky enough to settle down and enjoy the company of friends and some good stories. As for their riches and possessions, they'll either go towards family, Rice-wine and sweets or be forgotten, ready to be found by the future. |

This is part of the reason I sought the page I read our heroes "Futures" on but couldn't find it. Quote:
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember the book actually implies opposite, that the technology used to create MOX has been lost to Asura kind essentially. |
